    8RES is a Minority Women’s Business Enterprise (MWBE) that works to strengthen and empower nonprofit leaders through services that build on their organization’s existing expertise and context.

    We collaborate to answer the toughest questions and solve big problems. We blend academic rigor and practical experience to enhance organizational capacity and drive mission advancement. 8RES guides organizational improvement that is intentional, effective, and enduring.

    8RES, LLC is a contracted DYCD Capacity Building TA Provider who supports DYCD-funded organizations with building the following capacities: (1) Developing strategic plans; (2) Building effective leadership and management/supervision practices; (3) Strengthening strategic partnerships; (4) Improving organizational culture; (5) establishing board governance policies and procedures; (6) Creating/Improving data and monitoring systems.
