    Hats & Ladders is an innovative NYC based educational technology company on a mission to empower youth and young adults to achieve a meaningful and rewarding future. Hats & Ladders provides its flagship online application and curriculum to equip NYC youth with the tools and skills to make informed career decisions and enter the workforce with confidence.

    Hats & Ladders is a contracted DYCD Capacity Building TA Provider.  Hats & Ladders on-line platform provides learning modules on various aspects of job readiness and exploration for SYEP; Advance & Earn; Work, Learn & Grow; and Train & Earn participants.  Participants can complete modules on their own or participate in classes led by CBO instructors who have been trained to integrate content into their teaching.  Hats & Ladders platform also hosts learning modules on career exploration for Summer Rising middle school participants.
